These are durable and reliable as is most Pyrexware. They are a bit smaller than I was expecting, so look at a ruler before you order so you know what you are getting, but still a nice addition to my baking shelf.

Pyrex glass is especially desirable, as it's constructed to be durable and is safe to use in the oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. Pyrex has been making quality glass products for the better part of a century--this company pioneered heat- and cold-resistant glassware--so when it comes to glass, they know whereof they speak. Keep wet and dry ingredients separated in these three bowls while you mix and bake, then store leftover cookie dough in one of them when you're done.
