I enjoy this larger sized measuring cup for baking (measuring large quantities of ingredients), heating water in the microwave to make ice tea, jello, ect. It is a good quality measuring cup and is indispensible in my kitchen!Customer Review: I use it like a bowl.

This is a great size for mixing batter and such. Just measure liguid first and add other ingredients. You save from dirtying one measure cup. With the handle it makes pouring a breeze. The handle also keeps it steady (vs. a bowl) when mashing potatoes, banana, berries and such. I actually have several with varying large sizes since they are diswasher safe and generally take up less room than a bowl.
I recommend to anyone who likes to cook

I love this 2-quart measuring cup. It's the perfect size for mixing pie fillings and cake batter. It's so much easier to pour from this cup into a pie shell. I have problems with carpal tunnel, and large mixing bowls are just too heavy and cumbersome.Customer Review: Works like a charm

This Measuring Cup by Pyrex is awesome! Love that i can mix cakes, or any other batters in the cup and be able to measure and pour between multiple pans for baking. And at same time is great too for measuring larger quantities of fruit for pies, make and pour pancake batter, waffles so many uses and great investment.
